Our temps have finally gone back down to the normal low 90′s instead the low 100′s…which as I type that out it doesn’t sound as great as it feels. Ha! But at least I can contemplate using the oven again without wanting to move to Alaska. Quite frankly, our menu plan went out the window last week and we ate sub sandwiches at least 3 nights and cold cereal a couple of times. It was just too hot to do anything. So I’m hoping for better luck this week.
