I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I’m switching back to a monthly meal plan instead of a weekly one. Now that school is back in session, and we’ve finally purchased a new fridge/freezer for the garage and created a second pantry, it just makes sense for me to plan our meals on a monthly basis. So instead of sharing a meal plan every Monday, from now on I’ll be sharing our menu for the whole month on or around the 1st of the month.
