I’m generally skeptical of any meal that includes hot dogs, no matter how many people rave about it. But my love of chili and my devotion to cheese gave me the courage to try this dinner out one night. I had some hot dogs that I bought on a BOGO sale that needed to be eaten and the grill was out of gas. The kids really liked this, which was surprising because they aren’t the biggest fans of chili. I used a can of Hormel chili with beans but next time I’m going to plan this dinner after I make my favorite Game Day Crockpot Chili so I can use those leftovers.
